Refund Policy

The Refund Policy at TECHMART is considered a way to help customers feel more confident to experience services at TECHMART. Within 7 days, if customers are not satisfied with the service quality, they can submit a refund request.

Services Supporting Refunds

Only the following services can request a refund:

  • VPS (monthly payment)
  • Hosting (monthly payment)

Refund Policy

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of service payment.
  • TECHMART does not refund for services cancelled due to violation of the Service Policy terms.
  • TECHMART only refunds when customers submit a refund request.
  • For invoices under 100,000 VND, the refund amount will be added to your credit balance in your TECHMART account. You can use this balance to register or renew other services.
  • No refund for domain name registration services and domain-related services.
  • Refund time will be from 3 to 7 days depending on the customer's bank or payment gateway when paying for the service.
  • Services past the 7-day period will not be refunded. In some special cases, the remaining amount will be refunded based on the used term via bank transfer, with processing time from 3-7 days.

Refund Fees

To ensure a balance of benefits for both parties, we apply the following refund fee policy:

  • Refund via bank transfer: Customer bears the transaction fee and 40,000 VND service fee.
  • Refund via e-wallet: Free (customer bears the fee of the wallet type)

The refund method will be equivalent to the payment method that you paid at TECHMART.

How to Request a Refund

Before submitting a refund request, customers must ensure that they have backed up all data on Hosting/VPS/Server. Customers send refund requests through tickets to the Payment Department or contact via email [email protected].

In the ticket content, customers can write the reason if desired. TECHMART really hopes to receive feedback from customers, so if possible, let us know where we have not served well so that the service can be more and more perfect.

After that, within 24 hours, the business department will respond and support you with the refund.
